EVENT DIRECTION

Event Direction is often called "Day of Coordination." At Say Yes Event Co. we believe in providing impeccable service and we would be remiss to lead any couple in believing that we could just show up on your wedding day and run your wedding {and don't trust anyone that tells you they can!} You have put in hundreds of hours of work and we want to know your event as equally as you do.

 

An Event Director helps couples put together the final wedding day timeline, make final vendor confirmations, run through the rehearsal, is on-site to greet your vendors, set-up your décor, run your ceremony, and ensure that your wedding day is running exactly as you planned.  

 

Without working together in the month leading up to your wedding day, it is impossible for the director to successfully execute your wedding.   That is why at Say Yes Event Co. we offer an added layer that includes a few meetings prior to you sending us all of your event information. This is the time where you can ask us ALL of your questions. This helps you, and in turn, helps us when we step in to pull all of the timelines and communication together. 

We require a face to face consultation with each potential couple. Think of this as a First Date, but we promise your wine or coffee is on us!

 

You will learn about us, we will learn about you and if it is a match made in heaven you will Say Yes and we will block out your wedding date!

You said Yes to us and we want to extend an hour meeting via phone or in person to answer any lingering wedding planning questions you might have. Still looking for a Videographer? We got you! Have a question about logistics? Ask away! Family dynamic issue arising? We can coach you! This meeting is for you!

 

Step 3:

 

Half Way Check-in

 

This is an essential meeting for you and for us. We want to meet in person to walk through everything you have and create a to-do list that fills in any gaps. We will help you check your counts for rentals, food, work through the floorplan and the timing to make sure there are no issues. You can take your to-do list back to your vendors and re-confirm any missing details.

 

Step 4:

 

30 Day Takeover

 

You have put in hundreds of hours of planning and we want you to feel confident and assured with handing that work over to us.

 

We will put the pieces together and create the most detailed timeline you have ever seen, décor check list, confirm with all of your vendors.

 

Step 5:

 

It's Go Time!

 

You made it! We want you to focus on your

"I Do!" and dancing moves.
